During the cooking class, the group is guided by our chef in preparing simple traditional dishes, using local, seasonal ingredients. It is a hands-on, informal activity in which participants work together, have fun and, at the end, enjoy together what they have cooked.
We tailor the cooking class to your team’s needs. We can host small or medium-sized groups, dividing participants into working teams. The approximate duration ranges from half a day to a full evening, with the option of including the cooking class within a broader meeting or incentive programme.
Yes, the menu is agreed in advance with the company: we can offer typical regional recipes, vegetarian dishes or alternatives for any intolerances. On request, the cooking class can end with a served dinner, where participants taste the dishes prepared during the activity.
